Please Note the Following:
For reservations, a deposit equal to the first
night rate is required, except for holiday weekends when 1/2 of the
3
day rate will be required. Telephone and email reservations will be held for
10 days pending receipt of your deposit, or until the last postal
delivery before your arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior
to the date of your reservation to receive a full refund minus a
cancellation fee of $5.00.
